Returns and Exchange Policy


 

1. Please check your item BEFORE USE. Once fuel has been put into your model only the radio control and engine are covered by a 3 month warranty. If you require details on how to check your model before use please ask us.


2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by miss-use or general wear and tear.

3. If you believe you have a faulty engine or radio please contact us before returning for details.

 

4. Any item that is returned to us used and found to be not faulty or not covered by the warranty will be subject to a £15 testing fee. You will also need to pay the postage if you require the item to be sent back to you.

 

5. Please note all specification and colours on our products are subject to change without notice. All photo's used on this website are are for guidance only and the actual product may vary slightly from the displayed photo.

 

6. Due to the nature of the products we sell and the environment they operated in, breakages can often occur. It is extremely difficult to determine the level of use and the conditions that a product may have been subjected to. For this reason we offer a Guarantee for a period of 90 days from the day you received your purchase. When claiming under a warranty the product or defective parts must be retuned to us for examination. You will be notified by email if your claim is valid. If the product or parts are not covered by the warranty a quote will be supplied for repair or replacement and the cost of returning the product or parts back to you. All warranty claims decisions are final.


 



Q: How long does it take for my order(s) to arrive?
 
A: Orders are typically processed and sent out within 3 working days. Orders are shipped by special postal services.

A: Absolutely yes! RC Car Deals is an online radio-control product supplier that serves customers worldwide. No matter who and where you are, we look forward to offering you our top-quality products and services.
 


 

Q: How long is the order processing time?
 
 
A: Except for certain holidays, orders are typically shipped out within 3-10 working days after your payment is confirmed.
 


 

Q: Will I be notified when your company ships out orders?
 
A: Absolutely yes!, we do send individual notifications to our customers by email.
 


 

Q: What should I do if I haven't received anything after payment?
 
A: If you haven't received anything for 7 working days after your payment is confirmed, you should immediately email us with your registered email address/ and your full name, together with your mailing address and other relevant information of your ordered item(s). We will look into your case and track your item(s) as soon as possible.
 
 

 
Q: How to become a Premium Wholesale Buyer?
 
 

 
Return and Exchange Policy:
Request(s) for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged part(s) must be received within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise(s). RC Car Deals reserves the rights to entertain requests received thereafter.
All returns are subjected to a 35% restocking fee. There is no return once the merchandise box is opened. Clearance items cannot be returned. Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt.
Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging. Returned merchandise must be received from our customer before we further process and ship out any replacement. All merchandise should be returned to us by shipping carriers which provide a tracking number as proof of shipment. (In case your item does not reach us, you might need to check with your local shipping carrier.) RC Car Deals is not responsible for the lost of returned merchandise in the course of shipping.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we ship out replacement for free and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company's management. RC Car Deals reserves the right to return merchandise to its customer and not refund money, if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.
